Can't Log In / Account Frozen

If login keeps showing "login failed", or you see "account frozen" when entering via a Messenger link, your account has usually been disabled by the merchant.

Possible Reasons

  • The account was disabled by an admin (e.g. long inactivity, or suspicious / policy issues)
  • Wrong password (confirm your password first; use "Forgot Password" to reset if needed)

What to Do

  1. First confirm your email and password are correct
  2. If it is indeed frozen, contact the merchant / support directly to explain
  3. Do not register a new account with a different email — your orders, points and balance are on the original account and cannot be recovered by re-registering

Tip: Freezing is reversible — once the merchant verifies, your original account can be re-enabled.
