Status Not Updating After Payment

Possible Causes

1. PaySeller callback delay

After online payment, PaySeller notifies the system to update the order status via a callback. There may occasionally be a delay. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

2. Callback blocked by firewall

Make sure the server firewall allows traffic from PaySeller callback IPs.

3. Offline payment requires manual confirmation

If the customer chose bank transfer (offline payment), an admin must verify the receipt and manually confirm the payment.

Solutions

  • On the order detail page, the admin canmanually update the statusto "Paid"
  • Check the server logs to confirm whether the callback came through
