Scan to Pick / Ship
- During picking, scan product SKU / barcode to verify
- During shipping, scan the tracking number; the system records it and notifies the customer
- Wrong scans are flagged to prevent mis-shipments
Merge Tasks
- Multiple orders for the same recipient are grouped into one merge task
- Pick and pack them together to reduce repetitive work
Tip: When the network is unstable, scans are buffered offline and synced automatically once restored.
