Shipping Rules
Open Shipping Settings
Click "Logistics & Suppliers" → "Logistics" in the left menu.
Add a Shipping Rule

| Country | Country code (e.g., MY for Malaysia) |
| State | State name (leave blank for nationwide) |
| Courier Name | Courier name |
| First-kg Rate | Shipping fee for the first 1 kg |
| Additional per-kg Rate | Shipping fee for each additional kg beyond the first |
| Free Shipping Quantity | Free shipping when N items are purchased |
| Free Shipping Amount | Free shipping when order total reaches N |

Shipping Calculation Logic
- Match the rule based on the country and state in the shipping address
- Check whether free-shipping conditions are met (quantity or amount)
- If not, calculate by weight: first-kg rate + additional weight × per-kg rate
Example
First kg RM 6, additional per kg RM 2, free shipping over RM 100:
- 1.5 kg item → RM 6 + RM 2 = RM 8
- 3 kg item → RM 6 + (2 × RM 2) = RM 10
- Order over RM 100 → Free shipping
