POS System Setup
NS16 POS is a standalone full-screen checkout. Tablet / phone responsive, supports both physical store and live-stream offline checkout.
Prerequisites
- Platform admin enables the POS module for your account (Feature Modules)
- Configure at least 1 store
- Create cashier accounts (with POS permission)
Entry & Login
- URL:
/pos/login(standalone page, not under blogger admin menu) - After login →
/pos/terminalfull-screen checkout - Tablet landscape auto-enters big-button mode; phone portrait enters scan mode
Store Management
Blogger menu "POS → Stores" supports multiple stores:

| Store name / code | Used in receipt header and report filters |
| Address / phone | Printed on receipts |
| Receipt header / footer | Custom text (e.g. "Thank you", GST number) |
| Tax rate | GST/SST percentage, default 0 |
Cashier Accounts
Create at "POS → Cashiers". Each cashier has a PIN for POS login; all transactions record cashier identity for reconciliation.
Receipt Number Format
Format: POS + date(YYYYMMDD) + 5-digit sequence, e.g. POS2026042200001. Each blogger has an independent sequence (concurrent checkouts won't collide).
