Mixed Orders & Split
Standard-mode stores sell both own products and dropship products. When a customer buys both kinds in one cart, the system auto-splits into 2 orders.
When does it split?
- Cart has both own + dropship → split into 2
- Cart has own only → 1 blogger-fulfilled order
- Cart has dropship only → 1 platform-fulfilled order
What customer sees
At top of checkout, blue notice "Your order will be split into 2 shipments" + 2 sub-order cards:
- 🚚 Blogger Fulfilled (you handle this) — own products, shipping via your shipping rules
- 📦 Platform Fulfilled (platform handles) — dropship products, shipping via official rules
Blogger Order View
| Sub-order | What you do |
|---|---|
| Blogger Fulfilled | Normal shipping: pack → enter tracking number → click "Ship" |
| Platform Fulfilled | No action needed. Order detail shows "📦 Awaiting Platform Shipment" disabled button, status maintained by platform |
Promo Period Free Shipping (dropship)
When platform enables a "Dropship Free Shipping" promo period:
- Customer pays 0 shipping on dropship orders
- Platform subsidizes the shipping cost; the order records subsidy amount + linked promo
- Dropship card shows green "Free shipping via [promo name]" badge at checkout
- Quick-checkout summary also shows "Promo subsidy −RM xx" line
Commission & Settlement
- Own product orders: full revenue minus fees, all yours
- Dropship orders: split per commission rate agreed with platform (typically 10%-30%)
- Both orders' income consolidates into your monthly settlement
⚠️ Splitting is automatic; neither you nor the customer needs manual action. The 2 orders are paid and tracked independently.
