Upload Payment Proof
After paying by bank transfer / e-wallet, upload your payment proof (transfer screenshot or receipt) so the merchant can verify it and process your order quickly.
Steps
- Log in, go to "My Orders" and open the order
- In the "Payment Proof" section, click the upload button
- Choose the transfer screenshot / receipt image (from your phone gallery)
- Optionally add a note (e.g. transfer time, bank), then click "Upload"
What Happens Next
- The order status changes from "Pending Payment" to "Pending Review"
- Once the merchant verifies the payment, the order is confirmed and shipped
- Images are compressed automatically — no need to worry about file size, just keep it clear and readable
Tip: Make sure the amount, date and reference number are legible. You can upload multiple proofs per order.
