Account Balance

Your balance comes from refunds or merchant top-ups and is stored in your account.

• At checkout, tick "Use Balance" to offset the amount payable
• If the balance is not enough to cover the full amount, pay the difference by another method
• View balance history in your member center

Points

• You may receive welcome points on registration (depending on merchant settings)
• Every completed order earns points based on your membership tier multiplier
• Check your points balance and history in the "Points Center"
• Points can be redeemed per the merchant's rules (e.g. discounts or gifts)

Tip: Higher membership tiers usually earn a higher points multiplier.
