Live Streaming Order Workflow

Before the Stream

1. Make sure all live stream products are listed, with theirLive Quick Codes set
2. Confirm stock is sufficient
3. Open the "Cart Management" page on standby

During the Stream

1. Viewers comment in the live room to order (e.g., "sb001+2" means quick code sb001, qty 2)
2. Admin finds the member in Cart Management
3. EnterQuick Code + Quantity, and the system finds the product and adds it to the cart automatically
4. If there's a PWP gift, it's added automatically
5. After confirming, copy the checkout link and send it to the customer

After the Stream

1. Check that all orders are paid
2. Handle unpaid orders (send payment reminders or cancel)
3. Start shipping

Tip:If Facebook Messenger is integrated, the system automatically sends checkout links and payment notifications via Messenger.
