Understanding My Performance Report
After logging in, the "Performance" page shows the orders and sales attributed to you.
What You See
- Orders and revenue from each of your FB / IG Pages
- Filter performance by date range
- The amount and status of each order
How Orders Are Attributed to Me
When a customer comments / orders on a Page you manage, the system attributes the order to you (auto-attributed by the source Page).
Tip: Only "completed / paid" orders count toward performance and commission; cancelled / refunded ones do not.
