Account Merging
When the same customer has multiple accounts (e.g., website registration + Facebook login), you can merge them into one.
Prerequisite
- The phone numbers of both accounts must beexactly the same
Steps
- Go to thetarget account(the one you want to keep) and open its member detail page
- Click the "Merge Accounts" button
- Enter thesource account(the one to be merged) ID
- The system shows a comparison preview of the two accounts
- Confirm to execute the merge

What Gets Merged
The following data is transferred from the source account to the target account:
- All orders
- Cart items
- Coupon usage records
- Shipping addresses
- Points and balance (added together)
- Social account bindings
- Product reviews, browsing history, favorites
After Merging
- The source account isdeactivated, with its name marked as "[Merged→#TargetID]"
- The target account's cumulative spending is recalculated from orders
- The entire merge operation runs in a single database transaction — failures roll back automatically
